small eth deposit showed 32 confirmations but casino still marked it as pending

had this weird thing earlier today where i sent a tiny bit of eth for a test deposit, like less than 15 bucks. watched it on the block explorer and it had way more than enough confirmations, showing 32 already, but when i checked on the casino side it still just said pending and wouldn’t update. waited over an hour and refreshed a dozen times, nothing changed. feels like bigger amounts i’ve sent clear way faster, or at least don’t get stuck like that.

now i’m wondering if the small deposit size triggered some manual review thing or maybe their system just glitches more often with lower tx values. anyone else had deposits hang forever even with a ton of confirmations? not sure if it’s worth opening a support ticket or just wait it out?

yeah ive had this with online casinos on tiny eth sends and it always feels like some dumb minimum-credit rule nobody bothered to write down, not the chain. the small test deposit is weirdly the one that gets babysat by a broken cashier page, VERY annoying and dumb

nah i dont buy the size theory tbh online casinos dont care that ur deposit was tiny nearly as much as ppl think. what gets missed is their wallet provider can flag dusty little eth transfers differently than the chain itself says and yeah id open the ticket NOW

Could be worth opening a ticket if it's taking longer than expected. The transaction details should help support look into it.

32 confs and still pending is cashier-side, not eth. i'd ticket it now. i've had poker deposits sit till support poked it, which is annoying as hell tbh

Yep, had a $12 eth bonus deposit sit pending at 41 confs for 3 hours. Support usually has to kick their busted cashier manually

Yeah, once the confirmations are there, it usually shouldn't take that long. Hopefully support got it sorted quickly.

32 confs and still pending is just their cashier being half-asleep. Bonus promos lag the worst too, support has to poke it half the time.

I don't think the amount should matter if it's above the casino's minimum deposit. I'd double check that first, because some sites won't automatically credit deposits below the minimum.
