casino says my eth deposit is “manual credit only” even tho address was correct

Sent ETH to my casino wallet and it's saying “manual credit only.” Double-checked everything, even compared the wallet address down to the last digit. Never had this before, usually crypto hits pretty much instantly or not at all. Support says they gotta check it over. Been nearly a full day.

Feeling antsy about it but trying to play it cool because I know mistakes happen, even with tech. Just curious if anybody’s dealt with this and how long I should expect. Not gonna bug support every hour, but kinda weird, right? Never had my deposit flagged like that when the address was spot on.
