deposit failed charged

so i tried making a deposit earlier and it said it failed, but my bank shows i got charged. super annoying. i already emailed support with screenshots and all that, but wondering if anyone else has had the same thing happen? not gonna lie, i save receipts for basically everything but this is the first time i'm genuinely concerned the money might just vanish into a black hole.

i’m used to tracking stuff for poker and live-dealer buy-ins but never really had a casino mess up a payment like this before. i’m debating if i should just wait it out or start bugging support more often about it. not sure how patient i should be here before it turns into a lost cause. how long would you wait for support to fix something like this?

Yep, had it once. Was the charge still pending at your bank the next morning?

Posted is the part that matters, not whatever cute “failed” message they throw up. I give support 24 hours, then I’m on them again!!! Had one do this from a janky payment processor and it was their mess, not mine

Pending is the annoying limbo, sure, but with crypto casinos I’ve had the worse version: “failed” on site, money gone from wallet, then support moving like cold syrup for 2 days. Lowkey why I still screenshot the tx hash like a paranoid goblin. If it’s still pending next morning, fine. If it posts and balance stays empty, start poking them hard. Hate when they act like it’s rare, too.

Usually wait for the payment to reverse, but if it stays charged, follow up with support and your bank using the transaction reference; the same applies to power.win.

Could clear, but crypto casinos pull this crap lol

“black hole” is dramatic. Was it debit or ACH? Online Casinos botch debit holds constantly.
