casino said my debit deposit was reversed but bank shows it fully charged.

Casino claims my debit deposit got reversed due to "bank rejection" but my account says the funds were pulled and it's settled. No pending or anything, it's actually gone from my balance. Support keeps saying I need to talk to my bank, but I called the bank and they're like, nope, payment's cleared on our side. So both are bouncing me back and forth like a slot machine on tilt.

Anyone dealt with this before? Not the first time I've had weird transaction nonsense with casinos, but usually it's a quick fix. This time it just feels off - like they're stalling or not actually checking things. Just want to know if there's some third option I should be thinking of or if I should just be patient. This cold tea isn't making me any calmer.

I've had something similar happen before. The bank showed the transaction as settled, but the casino's payment processor still had it marked as failed. It took a couple of days to get sorted out.

You did right calling the bank first. What got me once was a bonus-tagged deposit, casino said reversed anyway, i waited like an idiot, make them check the processor not support

Nah, the part i’d push back on is “it settled so the casino definitely has it.” not always, lol. Debit can post on your side while their processor kicks back the auth later and the casino ledger never credits it. I had this exact clown show on a poker deposit once: money left my checking, cashier showed reversed, support acted like houseplants. The fix was getting the ARN/trace number from the bank and making support escalate to payments instead of front-line script goblins. Boring, yes. But that number is the only thing that made somebody actually LOOK. Cold tea too, brutal.
