bank withdrawal failed twice but casino says processor paid it already.

Had two withdrawal requests go missing back to back, both from the same site. Support keeps saying their payment processor already approved and released it, but nothing is showing in my bank. It's been over a week for the first one, and now I'm starting to wonder if the casino or the processor is just dragging their feet. Got the emails saying it was sent, but bank says there's nothing pending or reversed either.

Anyone dealt with this before? I never had trouble with payouts until now, and it's making me edgy about depositing again. Should I trust support to sort it out or start bugging my bank too?

If they paid it already, show the trace ID. I'd stop playing Blackjack there NOW.

Yeah this is the part people miss lol: “paid” by the processor can just mean it left their queue, not that your bank ever accepted the file. Had this once with a debit-union account, batch got kicked back before it even hit pending. Support saying paid ain’t the same as settled, sooo nah

Tbh my first dumb reaction is always “cool, then show me the trace number lol.” if a processor “paid it already” there should be an arn/mt103/some kind of transfer ref, not just vibes. And lowkey check if some promo/bonus flag got slapped on the cashout after the fact, bc i had one sit 9 business days over a stupid 20x leftover wagering glitch.

Maybe, but if Roulette taught me anything, "processor paid" means NOTHING till it hits. I'd be on the bank already.

If there are two separate withdrawals missing, I'd stop making new deposits until the first ones are resolved. No point adding another transaction to an already messy trail.

Twice is the tell. Slots money vanishing between processor and bank is usually manual withdrawal nonsense, not your bank.
