casino says my wallet address changed during withdrawal request but i never touched it

so this happened to me today on a smaller crypto site that runs slot promos a lot, so i use it way too much. i put in a withdrawal like always and a few hours later support tells me my wallet address was changed, which i 100% didn’t do. my address is static, i’ve used it for months, and i always copy-paste straight from my app. there’s no way i accidentally edited it or something. now they’re “investigating” and acting super suspicious about my account, almost making it seem like i did something shady.

i’m way too careful with my info and passwords. never reused any and 2fa always on. only thing different this week is i played a new slot game they just added, maybe the timing’s just random, i dunno. has anyone else had this kind of thing happen? did the casino resolve it or did you lose your coins? i feel like there’s something going on with their system but they’re trying to pin it on me. what did you guys do in this situation?

The minute a small crypto casino leads with slot promos i assume the back office is two guys and a canned email 😒 had one hit me with a “security review” the second i finally withdrew enough to matter

"security review" after you finally cash out, yeah, interesting. Slots grime. Poker guys get stalled too

“Security review” always seems to wake up right when the balance stops being lunch money. Brutal. Did they suddenly lock Blackjack or flip any payment option off too, or was it only your cashout screen acting stupid?

Yeah and i ignored that exact smell once because the promos were shiny like a gas station knife display 😭 on small crypto casinos, the second they start saying your withdrawal “changed” on its own, i treat the money as spiritually gone and stop feeding the machine, that’s the part i learned!!!

The fact that you've used the same wallet for months should give them plenty of previous transactions to compare against.

The new slot probably isn't related unless the timing is more than coincidence. The important thing is what the withdrawal record actually shows.

Static address for months, blackjack guys know that means nothing by itself
