shuffle says my account has “payment risk” after using new wallet for cashout.
Tried to cash out today using a new crypto wallet and all of a sudden I get hit with this “payment risk” thing on my account. No actual reason given, just an automated flag and now I’m in verification limbo. I get security checks are necessary, but it feels super random since my deposit history is totally clean and I use my own wallets every time. Only thing that changed was switching wallets because I lost access to my old one.
I’m starting to think using a fresh wallet is what set this off. Is this a thing with most crypto casinos now, like they want you to stick to a single wallet forever? Also, what’s actually at risk for them if the wallet is in my name and I can prove it? Anyone else run into this or am I just getting unlucky with the site’s risk algo? How much do you usually push back with support or is it just better to play along and wait?
