casino says my account needs wallet screening because i used exchange deposit

So now I’m being told my account is “pending wallet screening” because I used crypto straight from an exchange to deposit. No clue why this is suddenly a thing when I’ve always done it that way, and they let me play all week no problem. Only flagged it when I tried to cash out some roulette wins, naturally. Didn’t know using my usual wallet was risky - I’d think consistency is better than switching addresses all the time, right?

Has anyone else had this pop up lately? How long did it take, and did you need to submit extra documents? Not tryna get stuck in verification limbo just for liking the slots and some red/black.
