shuffle asked for exchange screenshot but deposit came from private wallet.

Got an odd one. I usually deposit to casinos straight from my cold wallet, not an exchange. This time I did it the usual way, but now the casino is asking for a screenshot of the sending exchange account. Deposit definitely came from my personal wallet so I’m stuck on how to prove anything. Has anyone had to deal with this? It feels like overkill for a pretty small sum, but I know they’re cracking down more on KYC stuff. Would love to hear if anyone’s gotten past this without going in circles.

Cold wallet to roulette sites is what trips these checks a lot, same as when they fixate on one lucky parking spot and call it policy...

Did this once with a roulette hit, and I messed up by arguing. Just send tx hash plus a wallet sign shot and wait.

If they keep repeating “send an exchange screenshot,” ask them to escalate the case to someone handling wallet ownership or source-of-funds verification.

If it came directly from your own private wallet, I’d explain that clearly rather than trying to provide an exchange screenshot you don’t have.

If the deposit came directly from your own wallet, send the casino the transaction hash and wallet history showing ownership, and ask them to accept that instead of an exchange screenshot, as source-of-funds checks can cover wallet transactions too.

yeah i had this with poker cashouts, exchange screenshot and wallet proof are not the same thing. send the tx hash + wallet ownership shot, sooo dumb though

Yeah I had this dumb crap once!!! I sent the wallet tx hash + wallet app screenshot and they backed off, eventually.
