888 casino keeps asking for proof of address even after green checkmark

So I thought I was in the clear after uploading my proof of address, got the green checkmark and everything. But now they’re sending me emails saying my address still needs to be verified. I double checked the docs and it’s exactly what they asked for, plus I haven’t moved or changed any info. Already reached out to support but I keep getting those generic copy paste replies.

Is this just a weird glitch, or has anyone else had to upload the same stuff multiple times before it finally stuck? Not sure if I should wait it out or try a different doc. What’s worked for you when this happens?
