888 casino keeps asking for proof of address even after green checkmark

So I thought I was in the clear after uploading my proof of address, got the green checkmark and everything. But now they’re sending me emails saying my address still needs to be verified. I double checked the docs and it’s exactly what they asked for, plus I haven’t moved or changed any info. Already reached out to support but I keep getting those generic copy paste replies.

Is this just a weird glitch, or has anyone else had to upload the same stuff multiple times before it finally stuck? Not sure if I should wait it out or try a different doc. What’s worked for you when this happens?

Yeah that green checkmark means almost nothing if their back end hasn’t actually cleared it, I had this exact stupid loop with a utility bill, checkmark on site, email next day asking again. I wouldn’t wait. Reupload a different PDF and hit support with the ticket number in the subject. Did your green check disappear after, or still sitting there?

maybe, but id still call it a backend screwup more than the doc itself tbh. had this on roulette cashout checks where the green tick stayed up like everythings fine and then they still wanted a fresh bank statement soooo yeah that checkmark means bugger all

Utility bill got me too, and I stupidly waited three days first. Still mad mine kept the green checkmark too
