anyone ever use Bitcoin Lightning Network at a crypto casino

Seen a lot of hype about Lightning but haven’t actually pulled the trigger myself. I get that it’s faster and fees are way lower but I keep wondering if it really makes that much of a difference day-to-day. Most of the time I just wait it out with the regular network and it’s not a big deal unless it’s during high-traffic times.

I’m more into sports betting so speed isn’t always my top concern, but if there’s an actual edge with Lightning then maybe I’m missing something. Has anyone noticed any real benefit from using it over just regular Bitcoin deposits?

Unless you’re chasing live odds and want near-instant deposits, Lightning feels like overkill for sports betting. Mirax handles regular BTC just fine.
