why do some crypto casinos have way lower minimums than others.

noticed some of these crypto sites let you bet super tiny amounts, like dust you wouldn’t bother picking up off the floor, while others set minimums way higher. props to them for making stuff accessible but it makes me wonder what’s going on behind the scenes. blackjack feels totally different when you can literally just play cents at a time. anyone else notice if the payout or game volatility changes when the minimums are this low? do they do it just to get more action, or does it change the odds for us at all?
