Reload bonus worth it?

Got one of those reload bonus offers sitting in my inbox again and I’m hesitating. The playthrough is pretty high, and the fine print says only slots count at full value. I mostly play blackjack, so my action doesn’t even go toward the wagering at the same rate. Feels like chasing the bonus might be more hassle than it’s worth if I’m stuck grinding slots just to clear it, and I’m pretty disciplined about not straying from my main game. At the same time, I can’t help but wonder if I’m missing out on extra value by passing these up.

I know some folks treat reloads as free equity if you do the math right, but I’m curious if anyone actually comes out ahead over time or if most just end up with their balance drained after pushing for the cashout. Has anyone here had success making these work for blackjack, or is it just a trap for people who can't walk away?
