Roobet support ghosting

I’ve been trying to get a response from their support team about a bonus not credited after hitting the deposit terms. Sent all my screenshots, hit them up multiple times, still nothing. It’s been over a week now. Usually I get some generic reply but now it’s just radio silence. Never had this with other crypto casinos, they’d at least answer or sort out bonus stuff quickly even if they had to check things out.

Wondering if anyone else here has dealt with this kind of ghosting on bonus issues. I only gamble with what I set aside, so not stressing, just curious if this is becoming more normal.
