roobet bonus expired while withdrawal was still under review, is that normal

Ran into something weird. I cleared a bonus but then got stuck with a withdrawal in review for way longer than I expected, and by the time support finally looked at my ticket, the bonus period expired on my account. I double-checked that I met all the requirements before I even hit withdrawal, so it’s not like I didn’t finish the wager or whatever. Anyone else had something similar?
