Aviator and crash game clones

Been trying these a bit and I cant work out if theres any edge in the cashout timing or if its just dressed up variance.

With Aviator and all the copy ones, has anyone found they run off the same math or are some of them worse?
I know people say you can read the pattern but come on...

Is there any real skill in where you cash or is it pure dopamine slot with a button?
I keep stopping at like 1.8x and watching it fly after that, does my head in!
