Crash game feels weird

so i’ve been messing around with crash, mostly out of boredom when blackjack tables are dead. it feels kinda trippy, like the multiplier goes wild for a bit and then just suddenly taps out. sometimes it crashes back-to-back at 1.01x, then a random massive streak hits and it seems like everyone is just chasing the last big win. no clue how folks treat this game, but it doesn’t really sit right with the way i think about odds. not sure if there’s any real strategy outside of luck and maybe hedging small every round.

has anyone actually tracked results long term or found a reliable way to play crash? or is it basically just roulette for the crypto crew?
