played crash on autoplay and cashout button froze right before multiplier hit

Set crash on autoplay for a low-risk grind last night, planned to bail manually if things got weird. Right as the multiplier started speeding up and looked like it might pop off, the cashout button just froze solid. I tapped it a bunch, nothing, then boom - crashed before it could register. My connection seemed fine everywhere else and other sites were working. Definitely feels rough when tech glitches line up perfectly with bad timing like that.

I usually stick to blackjack or live dealer but sometimes like a crash session for fun with leftovers. Never seen this specific issue before with the autoplay mix though. Do you guys trust using autoplay on these games, or am I better off sticking to manual for crash stuff? Curious if anybody else had this cashout freeze thing and if support ever made it right.
