crash cashout skipped

Had a weird one earlier. Was doing my usual routine on crash, small bets and aiming for low multipliers, just keeping it steady. But when I clicked to cashout, it never registered - even though the game hadn't crashed yet. Literally watched the screen as it rocketed past my usual mark and then it crashed, but my cashout didn’t show up. My balance didn’t change either.

Don’t think it was my internet since the rest of the site was working fine, and chat was still rolling. Usually these things are just lag, but this time it just never went through. Kinda kills the rhythm when you’re trying to play slow and consistent, you know? Wondering if anybody else has had this happen and what you did. Curious if it’s a known thing or just a random hiccup.
