tumble win skipped

Had something odd happen earlier spinning slots - hit what should've been a solid tumble combo, but the win never tallied up. No lag, nothing crashed, it just acted like that hit never happened. I double-checked the play history, too, and that round basically got skipped, but the spin before and after both logged fine.
