slot session ended after app crash and transaction history skipped the last few spins

Lost a bonus session after the app crashed, and now my transaction history literally skipped over the last 10-12 spins. I'm not seeing any wins or losses from those, so can't tell if the balance is off or not. Pretty sure I was up at least one decent hit before the whole thing froze. Their support just keeps telling me to refresh and wait for updates, but nothing new shows up.

Anyone else had this happen? Do these missing spins usually pop up after a few hours, or is it just gone for good if it's not logged right after the crash? I don't really trust that "it'll work itself out" angle, honestly.
