pokerstars casino jackpot contribution disappeared after app crash.

so i was playing some live roulette on the app, adding spins to the jackpot tracker, and right as i was getting close the whole thing froze up and booted me. when i got back in, my total spins dropped back by a chunk and the jackpot progress reset like it never happened. not a huge loss but it’s pretty annoying, makes me wonder how that tracking actually works if the app crash wipes it out.

anyone ever have their jackpot tracker reset after an app bug or crash? is it worth bothering support or is it just lost?

Yeah the part that bugs me isn’t even the crash, it’s the tracker pretending it’s real-time when roulette apps clearly desync that stuff lol. I’ve had live spins settle fine and the little jackpot meter still jump backward after reload. Fake-feeling as hell. Support might confirm the spins, sure, but that tracker chunk? Lmao i would not trust it.

Yeah that’s the part that would annoy me too, if the Live Dealer rounds are in your bet history but the jackpot tracker rolled back, that smells like their session counter only commits on a clean exit, which is pretty Mickey Mouse. Did your round IDs still show after the crash or did those vanish too?
