Unresolved Gamba.com Dispute: $3,401 Withheld Following Allegations of Multi-Account

We are bringing forward a complaint concerning Gamba.com, where a player alleges that their account was permanently banned and their entire USD 3,401 balance was confiscated.

Based on the player's account, Gamba initially attributed the ban to “sports abuse.” The platform subsequently changed its stated reason to “multi account sports abuse,” allegedly claiming that the player was connected to a betting syndicate operating across more than five accounts.

The player strongly contests this explanation and maintains that they have never operated more than one Gamba account or participated in any coordinated betting arrangement.

The player says they made several attempts to obtain a proper explanation, requesting evidence of the supposed account links, identification of the relevant Terms and Conditions clauses, and clarification of the justification for withholding all funds, including their deposits.

However, the player alleges that Gamba did not provide specific evidence to support the accusations. Customer support reportedly maintained that the ban and confiscation decision were final.

Of particular concern, the player says Gamba acknowledged that deposits would normally be returned but decided to retain them because of the alleged syndicate involvement.

The account's withdrawal functionality also appears to be restricted, with the USDT wallet reportedly showing a temporary lock notification. Interestingly, access to casino slot wagering remains available despite the permanent ban.

The player has reportedly escalated the matter through a formal written complaint and can provide documentation covering the entire dispute, including Live Support transcripts, balance screenshots, transaction history and betting activity.

Their request is for Gamba to release the full USD 3,401 and provide verifiable supporting evidence if it continues to allege multi-account abuse.
