Dice strategies

Been messing with dice for a bit because it looks so simple and every way I try ends up same place, just takes longer. Are there any dice strategies that arent just a slower way to lose? What I keep ending up with is

• flat bets and wait for a run

• martingale till it gets ugly fast

• switch over/under after misses

• lower target and grind forever

I get the house edge part, but some of these systems get talked up way too much!
