why do some live dealer rooms have better looking dealers than others.

noticing lately some live dealer rooms really go overboard with the dealer looks, like they’ve got a runway competition going, then you switch to another room and it’s just pretty regular folks. not that i’m complaining either way, but it makes me wonder how they decide who goes where. does it even make a difference for how much people play or is it all just marketing fluff. i stick to my usual tables but this stuff keeps popping in my head after midnight sessions
