why do some live dealer rooms have way hotter dealers than others

so, i’ve been bouncing between different live tables lately and it’s wild how the dealers at some rooms are like actual models, but other rooms look more like regular folks. i know it shouldn’t matter, but honestly, it feels like the “hotness factor” is half the reason some people pick one stream over another. i always wonder if the casino picks certain dealers to boost viewership, or if it’s more of a regional hiring thing, or just pure luck. sometimes the subtitles are full of typos too, which makes me think maybe it’s location-based.

anyone else notice this or have any idea why the quality swings so hard between rooms? is it just random, or do certain casinos put way more effort into picking their staff?
