why do live dealers sometimes flirt with players to encourage bigger bets

so i've been playing a ton of live blackjack lately and noticed some dealers get real flirty when the bets start getting bigger. like, actual winks or calling you lucky or sweet-talking with compliments. i get the job is to keep people engaged but sometimes it feels like they're trying to hype you up to push bigger chips. i’m just curious if this is like a tactic they get trained on or if some dealers just decide to do it cause it works for them? or maybe the casinos push this so people tilt or chase more.

i don’t hate it or anything, it's just weirdly obvious at times, especially during late-night sessions. feels a bit like a slots bonus round where everything flashes and makes noise to make you click. i wonder if anyone’s noticed any difference in their own betting when the dealer gets all charming like that? do you play along or does it throw you off your rhythm?

For me, dealer charm feels more like a tilt trap, kind of how chasing losses at slots gets easier with all the bells and whistles. Do you keep a set stop-loss for blackjack or does the vibe get you to bend your rules late at night?

It’s totally a mix of training and personal style, just like live roulette dealers who chat up players at speed tables to keep action flowing. Do you notice you bet bigger after the flirty stuff, or does it just feel like casino background noise to you?

I stick to a written plan no matter how friendly the dealer gets, almost like labeling chips before each hand. In my experience with live casino reviews, players who pre-set bet limits barely notice the small talk - have you tried tracking your average wager session by session?
