payout audit slow

Put in a withdrawal after a decent win on live roulette, and the site’s payout audit is crawling. I’m not one to panic, but it’s dragging past their supposed timeframe. Always double-check their T&Cs but there’s nothing weird in my play history. Sent in all the usual docs again just in case, even though they already had them before.

Not my first slow payout, but this time feels way slower than last year when I cashed out from the same place. If it’s new anti-fraud checks, I get it… but they aren’t exactly keeping me updated. Anybody else notice more delays lately with live dealer payouts or is it just me being unlucky?
