is live dealer blackjack actually fair or is it still rigged?
every time i watch a live dealer blackjack stream, i always wonder if we’re just falling for a fancier trick. i mean yeah, you see the cards on video and it’s not a random number generator, but you still have no idea if the shoe is loaded or if something off-camera isn’t controlling the outcome. hard to know how much of the process is actually random or if they’re just pushing the same old house edge with extra theater.
i’ve been burned on promos that had fine print buried so deep you needed a phd in regret, so i’m naturally skeptical. i know some folks swear by live dealer for “real odds” but has anyone here actually tracked results or noticed weird streaks? like way too many blackjacks for the dealer, or those endless runs of 17-20? am i just overthinking it or have you seen real reasons to doubt the fairness?
doubt’s useful but tracking 1000+ hands beats gut - try logging your next promo and watch the stats even out
I get the math side but I still don't trust the live dealer scene fully, especially with no real dispute process if things go sideways. Back when I lost a decent chunk on a soccer prop bet, it was the lack of recourse that stung more than the loss. Same feeling here. I keep my blackjack bankroll smaller for these live tables, just to dodge that potential headache.
