live roulette promo said minimum $1 bets but table minimum was $5

so i see this promo for live roulette saying you only gotta bet $1 to qualify, seems perfect for the micro-bankroll. i hop in all ready to play a super disciplined session, but every table running is stuck at $5 minimum, no $1 chip in sight. like, am i missing some secret menu here or what? felt like i got bait-and-switched right into the deep end. ended up just watching the wheel spin while my leftover pizza went cold, lol

does this happen a lot or am i just showing up at the wrong times? i kinda refuse to play higher than my planned bet just for a promo, no matter how many times the chat moderator says it's "worth it." anyone else dealing with tables advertising one thing but dealing out another? i just wanna keep my hoodie on, bet small, and not get hustled right outta the gate

Yeah, if the promo says $1 but every live table is $5 minimum, I’d definitely ask support before playing higher than planned.

Nah, there’s no secret menu lolll. What you ran into is the live-casino version of fake inventory: they advertise the low-stakes lane, then peak hours hit and all that’s actually open is the juiced-up stuff. I’ve seen it a ton on roulette, especially when everybody piles in at night. That’s why I quit forcing “micro” bankroll play on live tables sooo fast. Sports betting at least lets me stake exactly what I planned and move on. Live roulette wants you to get bored, click higher, and call it “just for this session.” That’s the hustle, plain and simple.

Yeah I’d be annoyed too, if the promo says $1 then the table should actually let you qualify at $1.

I made that mistake once in live dealer and just sat there staring at a $5 table like a fool, soooo no, no secret menu, just thin table selection.
