Dream Catcher live game, is it just luck or is there a strategy?

I’ve been watching people go crazy on Dream Catcher lately and honestly, I can’t figure out if there’s any way to make real predictions or if it’s just a straight up luck game. I get that the wheel technically has fixed probabilities, but is there actually any viable strategy beyond just picking the high multipliers and praying? In blackjack you can count cards, poker you’ve got math and reads, but with this one it feels like there’s nothing but guessing.

A couple folks I know swear by some “bet the repeats” system, but I’m not seeing any real proof that helps in the long run. Maybe I’m missing something, or maybe it’s just not that deep.
