Online casino affiliate tracking: why do commissions sometimes disappear

  1. So lately I've noticed that some of my casino affiliate dashboards will show a nice bump in commissions - then suddenly, a chunk just vanishes or stats go down to zero overnight. No explanation, just gone. I'm not talking about a few cents either, sometimes it's most of what posted the day before. Noticing it most with smaller casinos, but it's happened on the big ones too.

  2. I've tracked promo periods and tried to match with when bonuses expire or cashback gets awarded, but it doesn't seem to line up. Makes me wonder if the player deposits aren't being counted right or maybe there's a lag or error in the tracking software. Anyone else seeing the same thing lately? Kind of hard to plan around when you can't trust the stats you see.

  3. Not sure if it's a reporting bug, delayed chargebacks, or if they're just clawing back commissions from bonus abusers after the fact. Would be great to swap notes if you’re keeping spreadsheets or tracking day by day.

lost commissions hit me last month, tracking a whole string of referrals from one night then watched half of it evaporate by morning. roulette players especially churn through bonuses, so i always figured casinos scrub stats for "bonus abuse" or catch late chargebacks, but you nailed it, the pattern never matches up perfectly. my move lately is screenshotting my dashboard before bed, every night, then cross-checking the morning after. even if it doesn’t fix anything, having receipts in hand at least gives you leverage if support ever tries to brush you off.
