does anyone actually optimize their online casino play schedule

I’ve been wondering if anyone here actually plans out their online casino sessions with a set schedule or if it’s just whenever you feel like logging in. I tend to get pulled in randomly, but lately I’m wondering if being more structured would help with managing deposits or keeping track of time spent.

I know with poker you can set your own grind schedule and review hands after, but for slots or table games, is there any point to scheduling your play? Anyone see a difference in results or just stick to impulse sessions?

Yeah i’m with the people saying schedule helps, just not in some genius optimizer way lol. For slots it’s mostly about not playing half-asleep and stupid. If i hop on random at 10:40 after work i’ll click through some loud video slots, miss that i bumped the denom, and suddenly i’m feeding a game with expanding wilds for no reason lmao. If i say saturday morning, coffee, this much only, i play way cleaner. Not better results, same slots same math, i just make fewer dumb clicks and keep deposits where i said they’d be

I tried scheduling slots once and still chased the daft win animations 😬 for me, impulse sessions are worse, just faster losses!!!
