best online casino for players who want minimal marketing emails

every time i try out a new casino site i end up getting bombed with marketing emails, and honestly i’m over it. i unsubscribe, turn off notifications, dig through every account setting, and it still finds a way back into my inbox. it’s kind of a distraction from tracking stats and honestly just kills my focus. i don’t need reminders every morning about “hot new bonuses.” i just want to get in, play some live dealer poker or blackjack, and leave when i want.

i’ve been testing out a few places but haven’t found one that actually lets me opt out without weird hoops. some even send texts. i’m not looking for a no-bonus situation or super aggressive promos, just somewhere that respects my space and doesn’t treat my email like a slot machine. do y’all have any go-to spots for that? any tips for avoiding the spam, like burner accounts or just straight up fake info in the sign up? tracking and minimizing distractions is kind of part of my game theory, so i’m all ears.

I usually judge a casino by how easy it is to change your communication settings. If I can't opt out in a couple of clicks, that's not a great sign.

Live dealer poker as a focus tool is a new one. I tried that once, next thing I knew I was three tables deep and deleting emails at midnight.
