Online casinos that don't bombard you with notifications and emails constantly

Every time I try out a new online casino, it feels like my inbox and phone get hit with more pings than a Vegas slot machine. Unsubscribing barely makes a dent sometimes, and it's getting old having to set up a new junk email every couple months just for this. Crypto sites are a bit better, but even then, some sneak those promo emails in.

I'm more of a high-stakes poker and crypto guy, so I just want to log in, play, and manage my bankroll without a bunch of distractions or FOMO tactics. Anyone have good experiences with platforms that respect your settings or actually let you turn off all their notifications and emails without making it a puzzle?
