played deal or no deal live and payout stayed pending after the banker offer win

Hit a weird snag on a live game show table. Took the banker’s offer in Deal or No Deal Live, win amount showed up instantly, but the payout’s been stuck on pending for hours now. Usually after a straightforward win it goes straight to balance for me, even with decent sums.

This isn’t the first time I’ve seen a pending payout on live dealer games, though it’s usually with bonuses or when there’s some sort of dealer error. I’m trying to figure out if this is just a normal delay with banker offer rounds or something I need to chase up with support. Has anybody else here had pending payouts specifically after banker offers, or is this probably just a one-off glitch?
