MGM rewards not updating?

Anyone else seeing their tier credits or points just freeze up lately? I hit a good run earlier this week and expected to see a decent bump in my balance, but nothing's showing up. I double-checked my play logs and the bets went through, so it's not like the system missed me. My crypto withdrawals landed without any issues so I don't think it's account-specific. The rewards tracker page just looks like it's stuck in January or something.

Not the first time I’ve noticed their rewards math lagging behind real time, but this is by far the slowest I’ve seen it. I’ve heard rumors about some back-end update or server migration, but who knows if that's real. If anyone’s figured out a trick to get support to notice and actually fix it faster, let me know. Is this a glitch for everyone or am I just that unlucky this month?
