Caesars cashier blank?

anyone else ever deal with a cashier just totally blanking out when you go to cash out at the cage? happened to me last night, they just stared at my chips like i handed them monopoly money. i’m not trying to be difficult, but after spinning the wheel for hours, i just want to grab my payout and grab some late night pizza, you know? not here for small talk or weird vibes.

wondering if this is just an off-night thing or if some folks really do get flustered with roulette players. or maybe there’s some unspoken thing about cashing chips after midnight that i missed? i felt like i was the one doing something wrong. anyone got similar stories? always feels like roulette folks get a special kind of treatment, lol.
