What counts as a “fast” withdrawal in 2026, minutes, hours, or am I dreaming?

Any thoughts what counts as a fast withdrawal now, minutes, hours, or am I dreaming a bit? I’m trying to work out what people mean when they say quick payout, because some places say instant and then it still sits pending (after KYC and all that).
