why are poker bots apparently impossible to detect
Seems like every week there's a thread about someone suspecting bots at the tables but then nothing ever really gets confirmed. You’d think with all the weird betting patterns and instant decisions, some of these programs would stick out more. But the sites keep saying their security is good and there’s no way to be 100 percent sure unless someone confesses or the bot screws up big. Makes me wonder what methods actually get used to catch these things, if any.
Has anyone actually seen proof of a bot being caught in the wild, not just rumors or stories?
Discipline with bankroll tracking often exposes odd play faster than tech tools. Anyone here actually spot a pattern shift after a sudden bankroll spike?
i lean skeptical, since in live dealer games even real humans get flagged for odd patterns, but actual public proof of a wild bot bust is basically a unicorn story so far. if bots were truly rampant, wouldn’t we see at least one big verified leak or takedown?
