888poker leaderboard points updated then disappeared after logout.

noticed something weird with the leaderboard points last night - right after a session, my points had updated and actually looked pretty solid. thought i was finally seeing some payoff for keeping it tight and not chasing dumb hands. logged out for a bit, came back later and they were just gone. not reduced, just totally missing like the update never happened. tried not to tilt about it since it's not healthy to get worked up over pixels but can't shake the feeling i missed something.

has this happened to anyone else recently? do these point systems sometimes lag or reset and then come back, or should i actually ping support about it?

its usually the split between session points and settled leaderboard points not some mystery. front end flashes the raw count then the actual ledger recalcs after logout, same dumb mismatch u see on sportsbook promos rn, looks real til settlement hits and trims it back

Yeah I’d ping support, not because the points are sacred, because these rewards setups are usually cheap as hell and they count on people shrugging and moving on. Same energy you see all over crypto casinos, flashy balance stuff, weak loyalty under it. Take screenshots next time, send one ticket, make them account for it.

I’d just document it and contact support so they can clarify and fix it if needed.

“pixels” is doing a lot of work there. I had promo points vanish after a smoke break once, then pop back next day.
