acr promo leaderboard counted my points then removed half after session ended

Was grinding the promo board for hours, thought I locked in a solid spot, then boom - session ends and almost half my points vanish. I’m not talking one or two hands, literally thousands of points that were showing all along. I double checked the T&Cs and nothing about retroactive point drops unless it’s clear cheating, which wasn’t me.

Anyone else ever have this happen? Is it normal for them to recalculate after play wraps up, or should I be hassling support?
