best poker site for sit and go tournaments if those aren't dead.
not sure if sit and gos are totally extinct yet but i still miss the old days where you could just pop into a $10 or $20 turbo any hour and the table would fill up. tried a couple places last week and it took forever to get enough players, which was annoying. feels like everybody’s either grinding big mtts or just heads down in cash games now.
i stick to lower stakes and honestly just want something chill, not like those crazy deepstack marathons. sit and gos were perfect for that. i'm not big on jumping around sites, like to stay where i know the software and can just settle in, not deal with weird rake or awkward lobby layouts. any of you still having luck finding decent, steady action for sngs? getting a bit tired of switching up my routine all the time.
BetUS is the only poker spot I actually trust these days, but SNG traffic is hit or miss except in peak hours, so expect a few slow lobbies if you don’t like bouncing around. Do you care more about reliable site support or would faster SNG fill times win out for you?
i lean toward sticking with betonline if you want steady sngs at lower stakes, since their player base is more consistent (plus the software’s familiar if you do any blackjack or casino side games). do you find the lobby layout there as cluttered as i do?
