Back to Roulette

why some roulette tables have dealers who spin way too fast.

so lately i’ve noticed a few dealers at the live roulette tables who spin the wheel like they’re late for a dentist appointment. i’m talking zero chill, ball flying like a drone on espresso, barely any time to watch the wheel slow down before it’s off again. almost feels like they’re trying to mess with anyone tracking the wheel or something. not saying i’m a wheel clocker, but, you know, an occasional educated guess never hurt anyone’s self-esteem.

i know the casino wants to get as many spins per hour as possible, but at some point it starts to feel less like roulette and more like a speed-eating contest where your bankroll is the main course. anyone else run into these hyperactive dealers or got a good theory about what’s going on? curious how everyone handles it or if it changes your style.

nah i dont buy the wheel-clocker angle tbh!!! on live power roulette the camera angles alone kill that way more than dealer speed. its just churn, same as slots fr.

"same as slots" is the part i'd push back on lol, live dealer speed changes your rhythm way more than a slot ever does.
