roulette autoplay stopped after win and i cant find why

Just had a weird thing happen while running my usual red/black test on autoplay. The sequence went fine until I hit a win, then the whole autoplay just froze and refused to spin again. I checked my settings and I don’t have any limits set for stop on win or anything like that. I usually run 50-100 spins in one go and never had this issue.

This was on desktop, and the last update didn’t mention changes to autoplay rules. I even cleared cookies thinking maybe it was a browser thing, but nope. Anybody else had autoplay just cut out after a single win with no warning? Is this some new safety feature or am I missing something obvious?
