casino says my session timed out but autoplay kept spinning after logout.

So this happened on a slot session earlier - I got that “session timed out” warning, like usual if you’re idle, but I’d set up autoplay on the slot for 100 spins just before. Thought I was good to walk away for a few, but after logging in later, I noticed the session logs show the reels kept spinning for a while after the timeout, long past when I was supposedly logged out. There were some wins and losses logged in that time, but I couldn’t control it since it said I was logged out.

This is throwing me off. I’ve always assumed once you hit session timeout you’re done, but if autoplay ignores it, does that mean you can still win or lose when you’re not technically online?
