why do some roulette wheels seem to hit the same numbers constantly

Been noticing this lately - sometimes I’ll sit at a roulette table, and for like 20-30 spins, a few numbers just keep showing up again and again. Way past what you’d expect if things were truly random. I've seen it in live streams too, not just at the places I go. I know streaks can happen, but it makes me wonder if something’s up with the wheel itself, or if maybe dealers can influence it a bit.

Do you think this is just randomness playing tricks on us, or is it actually possible for certain numbers to come up more often on some wheels? Anyone else track spins and see the same thing?
