hacksaw slot balance updated before final tumble finished, looked sus

So I was playing one of those Hacksaw games and noticed my balance jumped up right before the final tumble animation was done. Not talking like a split second - there was still action showing on screen, but the money landed in my wallet already. I know the RNG finishes the round before the graphics do their little dance, but it just felt off, you know?

Anybody else see this? I swear every time something weird like that happens, I second-guess every spin for the rest of the session.
