jackpot contribution tiny?
Been playing a lot of slots this week, especially the ones that claim to feed a percentage into a jackpot pool. Noticed that some of them hardly nudge the jackpot up even after a few hours of solid spins. Even tossed in some bets on the max, just in case the amount contributed is tied to that, but the change is almost microscopic. Is this just how it is now, or do some slots actually kick more in per spin?
I’m mostly a blackjack guy but sometimes it’s fun to spin, especially when there’s that “maybe” shot at a life-changing jackpot. Seeing the pot barely move though makes it feel kinda pointless, like the “contribution” is mostly for show. Do different providers have different settings for this or is it all just set super low now? Wondering if there’s actually any logic to picking games with the “big” jackpots or if it’s just a matter of luck either way.
I’ve started avoiding those pools when they’re stuck in the low range since the build-up takes forever. Anyone noticed any patterns or am I just impatient?
