Zumba

I won $2,000 on Zumba, and it has now been 8 days, and I still haven’t received my money.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I previously won $1,500. I accidentally clicked off the redemption screen, and when I went back to redeem it, Zumba told me the delay was my fault because I had exited the screen.

Well, this time I did everything correctly, and I never clicked off—and somehow, it’s taking even longer!

Has anyone else had this happen with Zumba? How long did your withdrawal actually take, especially for a $2,000 win? I’d really like to hear from people who have personally dealt with this.
